The Mahniyeen app and website connect customers with nearby professionals, shops, and businesses. This page explains what data we collect, why, and with whom we share it. Using the app or website means you have read this policy.
Who we are
Mahniyeen is a platform for professionals, salons, stores, and food orders, including smart search, bookings, orders, and online payment. The platform developer is the data controller. Contact us at the email below.
Data we collect
Account: name, email, and account identifier when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email.
Requests and orders: phone number, address or location description, the text of your request or quote, and booking or order details.
Location: with your permission, to rank nearby professionals and shops. You can revoke this in device settings.
Photos and camera: with your permission, when you upload a business photo or license as a professional, or product photos.
Notifications: with your permission, for updates about orders, bookings, and offers.
Payments: card processing is handled by the payment provider (for example PayMe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical data: device type, app language, and limited crash logs to improve the service.
How we use data
To run your account, show nearby results, connect you with a professional or shop, fulfil bookings and orders, send necessary notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed: with the professional or shop to fulfil your request; with infrastructure providers (hosting and database) under confidentiality; with the payment gateway to process a transaction; and with Google or Apple only for the sign-in method you chose.
We may disclose data if required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties (for example invoices).
To update your data or delete your account, email us from your registered address. We will handle the request within a reasonable time after verifying identity.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use HTTPS and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — protect your device and do not share login codes.
Changes
We may update this page. The last-updated date is shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
